Dance Festival Super Stars!
Dance Festival Super Stars!
Twenty-three of our pupils took part in this year's North Tyneside Dance Festival and were absolutely AMAZING! They confidently performed their two routines in front of a packed house. With the help of Mrs Walls, Mrs Mohun and Mrs Tullock’s brilliant choreography skills, the pupils transformed their imaginative ideas into two super modern dances and all their hard work showed in their faultless and enthralling performance.

Chronicle Champion Award Winner!
Chronicle Champion Award Winner!
A HUGE well done to Miss Brownrigg who this week won the Champion Teacher Award at The Chronicle Champions 2016 Awards. An amazing achievement that recognises all of her hardwork and determination over many years, helping to make Percy Main Primary School the fantastic school it is! She beat off stiff competition to win this catergory, as well as being runner up in the Green Award. An outstanding achievement!
Green Flag Flys High!
Green Flag Flys High!
Our whole school proudly gathered around to watch the raising of our third Eco School Green Flag.
Following another extremely successful assessment in July 2016, we were again awarded the Green Flag to fly high and proud in our school grounds.
This third Green Flag represents the continued hard work, drive and determination of Miss Brownrigg and her Green Ambassadors.

Roald Dahl Day
Roald Dahl Day
We had great fun celebrating Roald Dahl’s 100th birthday. Many of the children came to school dressed as a character from one of Roald Dahl’s famous books.
There were lots of fun and games in the classes and everyone was delighted when Mr Chris Callaghan, our very own local author who wrote ‘The Great Chocoplot’, came along to work with each class.
