Year 4
You can email Mrs Reynolds with any queries:

Hi Year 4. I hope you are all keeping well and looking after your grown ups.

I have attached a timetable that could help you to structure your learning at home.

I have also attached in the documents below a list of tasks I would like you to do every day that will really help with your learning. Check this page and PurpleMash every week for other tasks that I have set you.

Whilst you aren't in school you can learn in many other ways too. Playing games together, working on projects, cooking, helping around the house.

You'd be amazed at how much learning doesn't happen on paper!

Most of all stay safe and look after each other. I can't wait until we can all learn together again, but in the meantime keep those skills sharp. You've worked so hard this year and Mrs. Whittle and I are so proud of each and every one of you.

WC 06.04.20 - Easter Holidays

Thank you all for all the hard work you have put into your home learning so far. There have been some fantastic tasks completed on Purple Mash and I'm delighted to see some great scores on Accelerated Reader and in Times Tables Rock Stars. Well done; It's not easy learning at home but you have all risen to the challenge and should be proud of yourselves.

This weeks star learner is James H.  James has worked really hard at Purple Mash and has completed his tasks to a high standard!

Over the Easter Holidays take the time to relax and enjoy time with your families. I haven't set any more work for the next two weeks but I have a few fun challenges for you. (See below)

Mrs Whittle and myself have been really impressed by your hard work and look forwards to seeing what you've been up to by email after the holidays. In the meanwhile stay safe and look after each other.

Mrs Reynolds.

1. Extreme reading.
Ask an adult to take a photo of you reading in an unsual place, since we are safest at home you will need to be creative about where you read in your own home! Please email me a photo of you reading and I will have a look at them after the holidays (20th April). (Tip - google 'extreme reading images' for inspiration)

2. Music Challenge
North Tyneside Music Hub set a music challenge. I've attached the details in a pdf. You can have fun responding to this song through social media such as TikTok or instagram, please send us a copy or tag us on twitter so we can see your creativity.

3. PE Challenges
North Tyneside have suggested some ways to keep fit and healthy and have fun over the holidays. I have attached the calendar as a pdf.

4. Look after yourselves.
I have attached a wellness calendar. Dip in and out and do things that make you feel good. These are challenging times and it is important to work at your own happiness.
